Since Elon Musk used Twitter as a toy, it has not become a better place for the promotion of naturism and nudism.

Bluesky seems to be the best alternative for Twitter at the moment. Like many I tried Fediverse/Mastodon. Those don’t work for me. I have the idea to be stuck in a tiny bubble. Bluesky is bringing that old Twitter feeling back. And the very good thing is, you are in control of what you see! There is no algorithm showing Elon’s tweets every day.

Bluesky was very smart by starting slowly. You could only join with an invitation code. But a few days ago the network is open to everybody. Hopefully their servers are ready for a lot of traffic!

Nudity on Bluesky is not a problem!

And even better, Bluesky makes a difference between nudity and porn! You only have to add a content warning if nudity is visible in your post.

How to find naturists on Bluesky?

Many naturists and nudists use the Naturist Symbol emoji! Since there is no official Naturist Symbol emoji (yet), the sun-with-face and water-wave are used: 🌞🌊

Cons

Bluesky is not perfect yet. It is not possible to send direct messages. And the use of hashtags as we know from Twitter is not present. But the search function does a proper job.
